Having everyone wear those white collared shirts makes them look like they are in a cult.

Would you recommend to still use the crop factor adjustment to aperture with crop sensor cameras?

Never shoot groups of people in direct overhead sunlight. They tend to look like Nazis and Lee Harvey Oswald.

I have viewed a lot of tutorials on many sites and I really like and understand Northup Photography better than any I have seen. Clear, down-to-earth instructions and right speed and tone to his voice. Thank you for this!

This is what I want to know not this!! You're talking about a set up style shot, the idea of the family photo was in mind before THE whole thing even happened! No… I want info on how to take family photo's of, let's say we all went out to a restaurant, and then I was asked to take a photo afterwards and now we're all out in the parking lot of the restaurant and ready to take a photo, or we're all at the grandparents house for a BBQ, and I'm now taking a family photo! And so everyone is wearing whatever!, whatever , random clothing that they just wore to the family dinner! And now we're all getting together for a nice family photo! WHAT DO I DO THERE?!!??! What you're saying here, is like more a studio, set up, the idea was in mind! WAY before everyone showed up! That's not what I'm wanting to know about, or most likely what most people are NOT going to be doing! Most people are doing what I'm saying, where the shot was not set up at all! NO studio lighting!, none of that stuff! Most people are studio photographers!

Question: I loved the video and purchased the ebook for kindle. Is there a way to get a version (digital version) with better quality pictures? The picture quality in the version I have is very low resolution and off putting while viewing on my iPad. It would be a much better experience with higher resolution photos.
