Really helpful… Nice tuts. N exoplaination

  3. Sonny Earp says

And…what is Jade's phone number??? Strictly for business of coarse….yeah right.

  4. City Walker says

Iso 800 ??? Strange decision. Quality foto is iso 100-200. Iso 800 very noise.

  5. Ron Powell says

    Very informative – many thanks

  6. Ali Hassan says

    Question:
1- if you compensate camera exposure to -/+, do you go opposete with the flash exposure or same direction?
2- does flash exposure technically works on camera exposure or it is completely seperate?

  7. Joaquin Borromeo says

Never mind this lesson. How about that Jade model. OMG! ….

  8. AcidicDelusion says

How can the flash sync at such a high shutter speed?

  9. LAZY DOG says

Your voice is so freaking annoying 🤫

  10. Red Rob says

So when is the update coming?

  11. Tyson Wright says

Canon 7D EV minus 2 image looks the best. Being a 7D and 7Dii owner the +/- EV and Fcomp I use a lot. Such an easy system to get results quickly.

  12. Iraj Naghash Zadeh says

Ladies were makeup and bunce light especial on check and forehead. Can we reduce outdoor flash just using simple flash on camera. Dose Cover of flash reduce it ????

  13. Regina Hahn says

I have an NP-N1001 flash for Nikon and I am unable to go over 1/200 of a sec…also when shooting off camera if I don't keep it active for two min it shuts off. Do you know how I can start it back up when it's on a stand so I don't have to go thru the trouble to let down my stand to hit the on button to turn it back on?

  14. insomnia says

    9:12 Jade's got big Bazoookas!

  15. JUST BE YOURSELF says

    jade is beautiful!!

  16. Kicks001 says

Before adding the speedlight to the camera you metered on the background. After adding the speedlight did you continue to meter on the background, or did you meter on Jade?

  17. danny bowes says

You should use a Mannequin, coz once i saw the model i stopped listening and just looked at her tits.

  18. Jerry Mccarthy says

Horrible explanation !! What was it that Cannon can do that other cameras can't ?????? Adorama videos can be dangerous for beginners 😤

  19. Patrick McMullen says

I know this is an older video but man Jade is so hot! Is she Filipina?

  20. Walter Manglona says

The model is amazingly beautiful. Great lesson too.

  21. Erica Statman says

This video literally just changed my life. Understanding how the shutter and the f-stop control the exposure for ambient light and flash respectively is invaluable. Thank you, Mr. Wallace!

  22. Phil Brown says

She was overexposed on the first set – check the highlights. Should have shown flash correction at that point and pulled it down half a stop. How could you possibly say the exposure on Jade was the same on the Canon series??? Mark, you're a better photographer than this. I know what you were trying to do, but you should delete this video – it's an embarrassment.

  23. Lonesome Crow says

I'd love to see this redone with nude modeling. The folds of the body and tones of the skin can get blown out or under exposed and I would love a tutorial for shooting nudes with flash.

  24. Thomas Henry says

I watch this over and over….. in what mode do you use to get the exposure before you put the flash

  25. Pixel Art says

    Iso 800????!!!!!

  26. Scripz Carrenton says

Am I the only one getting the point of this video ? All he's doing is showing us how to use a flash in sunlight to keep the subject even an not taking time out to figure out how to get an even exposure of the models face from just the sun alone. Not having one side of the models face darker than other. The rest can be fixed though editing very easily if need be .

  27. Scripz Carrenton says

I love that, great info #WOW

  33. Trade Emperors says

jade is good in any setting

  34. Garry Burgess says

This was important for me because I didn't know that the Canon had independent control of exposure of the background and flash exposure compensation.

  35. cinna says

You shouldn't point the flash directly towards the model…

  36. Eustace Victor says

    Great job professor

  37. panic151 says
