    You can't make marks with a grease pencil at a wedding reception, in other words pre-focus. How would one keep focus at an event where everyone is moving?

    As usual, super informative. Dumb question though: is there any reason you can't use continuous focus instead of having to manually focus? I've never used a DSLR for this, so completely clueless.
