Now that I have materials organized, how do I print them. Many thanks
I do not have an "ADD MEDIA" option. Ancestry.com must have changed something since this video was put out in 2013. tHIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING TO ME BEVCAISE I HAVE PHOTOS TO ADD, BUT NO WAY TO DO IT. Ther has to be a way to add photos. I can't be this stupid, can it???
I have just tried uploading copy of my grandfather's birth certificate and death certificate which I had scanned. Error message comes back stating that the file is too big. Apparently it only allows up to 15 MB. How do I reduce the file in order to upload it? Do I need to save as other than PDF??
My page does not look like yours. I have added a photo, but I don't have the little box you had that you can tick to have it as the primary photo that shows on the tree. How can I make a photo the primary one?
I am building my tree, my grandparents have photo's on their timeline, and I see that data as I add in the family members that they have already added. Yet I add their research to my tree and the photo they used for the person does not show up on mine.
I do not have the same 'family tree' page that you show on your video. My tree does not have an 'add media' tab anywhere on any page. Why would that be and how would I add media if I don't have a tab for it? I'm guessing I have to have an upgraded Ancestry.com account – could that be why?
Uploading photo's on ancestry is a major pain – keep getting "time out" error. What gives?
I want a deceased person's picture and obit to be private on a public tree. I want the picture of the obit to be private as it mentions living people. Do you have a video on how to keep documentation private on a public tree?
I have 2 photos that I want to remove from an ancestor but it does not show the trashcan option and I have not been able to find any way to remove them. Please help!
My family tree was starting out new still learning it
How do we add pictures to the people in the family tree!

WHERE or how would I get most value on limited income to do all this.???

I'm thankful for the responses from them. just more confused. 1st for grandparents and great grandparents info. more to enter. no computer so…,will be interesting.
Dates of surrender different also.

ADOPTEES HELP PLEASE
Hi Crista! I watched this even tho this is a previous version of Ancestry but I didn't know about the photo tagging and I tried to see if that feature is in the new version of Ancestry and I can't find it. Was that done away with?
Does Ancestry still allow uploading videos?
Crista….I am using New Ancestry…How do I add photo to a Story? I have seen it done on other Stories but cannot figure out, Your YouTube videos saved me many hours of grief. Thanks so much…..and I only have ONE tree. Now waiting on DNA results. Thanks
At the end of December, apparently the Family Tree maker will no longer be available…will it still work within ancestry.ca?
I am wondering if i should buy it before it is no longer available
Anyone know about resolution quality in uploaded photos? Is it maintained?
So if I load a high res photo, does it stay that way? Are there limits? Just wondering how good a place ancestry is to
preserve quality images for posterity.
I am very interesting in your presentation, but you talk too much. Go directly to the point. Once people know to do one thing, they will be able to figure out the other things. Here is what I need to know: I want to upload my dad's picture and attach it to his name. The same is true with everyone in the family tree.
Why doesn't the photos copy to the company that prints a Tree? It carries over text but not photos without options to add them from ancestry.com.
I tried to move a photo to a grand aunt and it would not move…. Why won't it move?
Is there certain photos that can not move?????
