WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY | Red deer and roe deer
This time I focused on wildlife photography. My hope was to find red deer or maybe roe deer. My plan was to be with a field and wait for the deer to come out from the forest to feed on the grass.

I always love your video Trond, so much talent! Thank u for this bro ❤
I love your videos man. Its my dream to do wildlife photography but unfortunately I cannot afford a good camera. I wish I had one. Well, keep doing what you doing. Peace.
This entire approach, experience and style is probably a copy of Morten hilmer. Get inspired but don’t just copy people.
Absolutly fabulous work Trond, have really enjoyed your videos and look forward to seeing your new work every time you post, please keep them coming..
Kind regards
Michael
I regret that deer have become so rare and skittish in your part of the world. I live in Oregon, USA, and this morning departed home early, about 3:30 am, to catch the sunrise. Almost ran over a deer on the highway and saw maybe a dozen or so by the side of the road over the course of the morning. I am perplexed by the gillie suit — we must wear florescent orange during hunting season here. Deer do not seem to mind. We also have elk herds that are pretty invasive near the coast — often invading people's vegetable gardens. Hard to shoo away a 1500 pound animal.
Those stag shots were a surprise! So cool man really felt the energy, would love to see that many deer at one time☺️
Ofcourse great work but I think that you are coping Morten hilmer….. anyway I loved your work too sir
Are you not scared some other sniper might spot you? Great video sir👍
Amazing as usual trond.. Truly inspiring. Wish I had your views here in the 🇬🇧.. Magical. 😲
Bra!
Bra!
Excellent Trond, patience is the key to wildlife photography. Really enjoyed this video 👍
Fantastisk video, Trond. Virkelig kjekt å «være med deg» på tur.
Wow, fantastic images and video footage as always! Thanks for sharing, man. As I have this kind of pastime myself I know how difficult it is to get close enough to the deer and not scare them away, let alone film myself while doing it…:) Hat off!
Another great wildlife experience Trond. Do you use vr when shooting from a tripod ? Many thanks . Ted. England .
Although you didn't get any keepers on this trip, you did get an awesome experience, which you kindly shared. Thanks for that mate 🙂 Oh, and before I forget, the buck at 16:32 is simply beautiful. Well done Trond!
Fantastic video, love watching them 👍
Beautiful images.
Do your deer have fawns right now? Here a lingering doe usually means a fawn is hidden some place. I know you often use camo. By having two different camo patterns, it could break up your shape and confuse the deer more. Use a soft sole shoe so you can feel the sticks under your feet. To avoid breaking a stick and making noise. Using Arm and Hammer baking soda to wash your clothes takes the smells out and then pack your photographing clothes separate. Wash with no scent soap. A deer's nose is at least as strong as a bloodhound. I think stronger. You could use a cover scent. Tarsal gland will bring the bucks in during the rut. You could use the little puffers to show wind direction. Another way would be to tie a thread on something like your tripod. So the thread blows in the wind. I use a thread on my rifle barrel. Deer will often walk against the wind so they can smell what they are walking towards. Check the deep grass and trees for fawns. Next to the trees.
Again a great video from you hand and the pictures was super 👍 looking forward to your next video, so keep up the god work.
Another great video. Keep them coming!
Amazing Trond! Love those deer pictures/videos!
Hi Trond, ya, “thanks” (I felt like I was there with you) awesome spending some time with the deer. I do the same as you, here, and it’s hard to tell someone how cool (how one feels) in the moment. Awesome 🍻
Thanks for sharing Trond! I always enjoy your videos. 👍

❤
Great again, danke. Hubert
Great shots as always Tond, again another good video.
How responds the deers to the sound of the shutter?
That looks a good location Trond. It must be great to have two species in the same place. It's a shame you couldn't get any images this year but that's often the way it goes in this game. Excellent shots from last year though.
