Also – shout out to DVLP Presets as well. I've been using them the last few weeks, and really enjoying them.

Hey Talyor, just purchased your preset pack and I am having trouble getting them to work with Lightroom. I am an avid preset downloader/creator but they just don't show up no matter how I go about it. Any ideas? I am using Windows 10 with Lightroom CC. Thanks.

Do these presets work on LR CC?

I admire that you don't hem and hall at images. If it doesn't work, you let it go. I spend way too much time on each image.

Which VSCO pack is it that you're using for the FE? They seem to be sold as pack 1, 2, 3, etc.

Love your concise- no nonsense approach to wedding photography. It speaks to my soul. ALSO, I feel your frustration with LR.. and consequently switched to editing with Bridge & ACR.. it comes included with PS (CC) and also, it now rivals LR in functionality and it is SO FAST. My question is – I LOVE your preset “people” am I detecting just a hint of split toning?? I would love to purchase this preset in an ACR form?? Possible?? THANKS in advance and I love all your videos – new fan/subscriber (after 11 years and about 400 weddings… you are inspiring me!)

Hey Taylor. Just bought your presets. Curious what Profile you are using with them. In other words, are your presets tied to a camera profile like one of Canon or Nikon's profiles or to Adobe Standard? I'm wondering since I'm a Fuji shooter.

When he edited the Windows in the Hall and deleted his edits. There is a Hand and after the delete, a cloud which popped up. Is that normal on a mac?

  16. Ersan Memić says

    Hi Taylor!
I loved this video. Maybe not helpful for my workflow, but helpful to understand and acknowledge that an easy and small edit can be enough! However, I was wondering why you're stuck with the "normal" Lightroom and didn't make the switch to the Classic or CC version? Your culling would be as fast as in Photomechanic and the develop panel would be at least 3 times faster (the presets are now previewed on the whole picture displayed in the develop mode and almost immediate when applied).
    Bests

Hey Taylor, great video, can you tell us what exactly is the name of the VSCO preset, please? I can't seem to find it named as VSCO Film FE. Is the Film Essentials preset, as that package doesn't list the same presets as shown in your video. Can you help, please? Thank you

This is a great video! I'm new to photography and this helps me a lot. I learned that you expose for the skin tones and don't worry about the sky being blowed out. I can use any little tip that I can get, thank you.

Hey man, I have more questions lol, what do you think the best free preset for weddings I can get is, I have nailed the exposure and fade part I just want to know how you get such beautiful and vibrant colours. And Also, how do you go about posing big family group shots.

Hi. I’m trying to purchase a couple of your presets however In the cart section I’m not seeing what presets I’m ordering. Also how do I add the presets to Lightroom? Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I commented earlier, just wondering what you think would be better for a wedding, sigma 50-150 f/2.8 or the nikon 105 f/2.8

  28. Chris Boult says

Real awesome video man, i am 16 and i got my first wedding in 2 weeks, Would a 35mm be good for a lot of the preparation and church shots, i have a 35mm,50mm and a 55- 300mm. Just wondering how i could best use these lenses as the zoom lens isn't great in low light.
    You got a sub

New to the channel! Great content! How many photos do you find you take vs deliver to clients? I often times feel like I give them too many final photos. Usually around 500-700 final photos. They always like them but then when they go and paste on FB they might only upload 100. That people present might just be the reason you get my first $20 on presets ever!!
