The iOS stock camera is pretty basic. You only get tap to focus along with HDR, some filters and flash control. There is no way to control parameters like ISO, exposure, White Balance and focus manually.
The iOS 8 Camera App allows the developers to take complete control of the iPhone’s camera and get full manual mode. The stock app doesn’t have such features, but these three apps can help you to achieve that.
