My fave types of lighting. I would highly highly recommend getting the Sigma 50mm 1.4 ART lens, it will reward you with what the Canon 1.4 isn't showing you. Thanks for the beautiful vids <3

Anita, I notice you used a bg light, did that fire?
How do you get your dark background because every time I try it (i am using a beauty dish as only light at the front) my background would get lighter and not darker. I can only create a dark background when my model is 6 feet away from the background and my subject is very close to the light. But I am thinking I am doing something wrong.

I think you should mount the background all the way up the wall. It seems you would have plenty of space to do it. You shoot upwards a lot (at least in this video) so you end up with a lot of editing having to remove the rolls of paper from the background.
