Spontaneous photos are the best, the camera is not important. You can just see that everything is natural in it, and this is what makes it stand out from the good "fake" ones

On YouTube, there are too many subjects on camera/gear tips. There needs to be more emphasis on how to build a house before buying the hammer, in my opinion. I want people that invest in good gear not to be on the same level as phone photographers that litter Instagram. Before seeing what camera and lenses so and so has, take some time to look at photographs and learn the difference between a photograph and a snap shot. I would start with the most inspirational photographer I've ever found and that's Sebastião Salgado. If his work doesn't inspire you, you aren't understanding why a camera was created.

as a portrait photographer I don’t think I’ve used my 50mm in over a year. it was great to start with when I had no idea what I was doing, but since I have an understanding of photography I hate the limitations a 50 gives me. I almost always shoot on a 28f2.8 or 35f2
