I am not sure who is color correcting your images but they are terrible!
I just ordered an entire private school portraits with a white background and beautiful green garland with a cooler tone and they came back dingy background, yellow green ugly garland and the kuds skin looks pasty…
This is my first time printing with the school portraits and it so far is a bad experience!!!
Color correct for guarantee i think not…. Not much help from josh in maryland.
He said that my screen probably changed from the last order i sent in for print in december.
I would have to pay more for photoshop to have my images worked over.
That my screen has not been calibrated…
I have had hundreds of print printed through nations, with my "not calibrated" screen and they come back just like they are on my screen at home.
Artsy Couture never blinked an eye when i ordered a 30×40 canvas and it didnt match my image several years ago
Sent my print quickly to the printer i had the new canvas sent out in a matter of days.
Nations says, ill check with the printers and see how backed up we are…. i understand all customers are important and im not your only customer. But, i patiently waited my time for my prints to be overnighted to me. Now ill need to wait again?
Nations School Portraits wants more money to fix!? What kind of guarantee is that?
They are going to reprint my order and resend them. No color correction.
