    Could have used WPS

Minor grip, but the lack of png scanning support is annoying. JPEG is lossy, PNG is lossless.

Y nobody has the courage to compare epson brother and hp like print speed, photo quality, reliability, ink price, features etc

  4. Ronen Barenboim says

I was thinking about purchasing this breed of printer for myself. I am actually interested in buying this thanks to this review you made from a series of unfortunate events.
Thank You for reviewing this product, Techmoan! Keep up the good work, kind sir!

The leftover ink is for your local pool with some detergent as well…. ooooh pretty 😉 works best if there is a fountain or water fall

Re: the puppets (which I think should have their own channel): I'd love to see how the 'Ink-pocalypse' story ends. I'm of a similar view – and probably similar in age – to the bespectacled gentleman in your puppet video. For example, I had an 'ink-pocalypse' of my own. I bought a refill kit too, only I made the holes in the wrong end of the cartridge and got ink everywhere. Hmm.. it loses something in the telling. Trust me, you had to be there to experience it. That ink doesn't come out of a shirt, I tell 'e – my shirt looks like it's been tie-dyed (anyone remember those?).

Late to the party for this review, but you can scan multi-page PDFs in Image Capture on the Mac. I do it all the time.

A former friend of mine set my printer up with a "DO NOT CHANGE THESE SETTINGS " i believe as a result I can not use my enlarge and reduce image …on the printer itself
and not much available on the net to reduce and enlarge …im stubbed ..

  15. onehappynegro says

prints good but the problem within a year is that the paper goes in off set and then it will print 1 picture
on 3-4 different pages. the second one, which was a "fully refurbished exchange unit" failed at the first print.

  16. Swing Band Heaven says

After running a brother inkjet printer for a few years and having to constantly buy new ink refills I bought an earlier version of the ecotank. The most economical printer I've ever owned with excellent quality prints

  17. Artic Eddie says

Hi are you still using this printer ? The best price I can find is £439 is it still worth this amount ?

  18. nitesh baral says

What if i fill it up with cheap bulk ink from amazon instead of buying the official brand of ink? will it still work?

  19. Just Another Youtube Channel says

If I ever get a printer, and I probably won’t because I don’t need one, it’ll be one of these.

What a brilliant deal, holy crap. Don’t they earn money by overpricing ink?

  20. BlaCkZinGer says

I love the closing sequence with the historical tech roundup. Would love to see it in full glory though without the rolling credits. Any pointers?

  21. Ashley Reed says

I think this is the best review video I've ever watched

  22. Galf506 says

How did the printer hold up with time? I'm considering one of the cheaper models, but I'm afraid of the usual inkjet printer failure :/

  23. Gerald McMullon says

The software supplied by EPSON allows a pdf to contain any number of pages and you can review the image with some control to rotate it before creating the pdf. If the manual being scanned is older I clean up the background to pure white removing brown stains. I can then add them cleaned up to a pdf using different software.
