I am a regular customer of Ali Express, below is my recent incident.
I bought a digital photo frame from the Seller named Eye-Photo Store at Ali Express. Unfortunately, the Seller sent me a defect product and requesting me to send back for repair. I found a cheapest shipping cost which is 70 % of the product price but the Seller doesnt want to bear the shipping cost. Why should I pay to ship back a defect product since it is dead on arrival. The Seller is neither willing to bear shipping costs nor refunding the money.
The worst part is I have escalated 4 times to Ali Express, unfortunately, they just push the responsibility to the seller, not taking any tangible actions to help the buyer to resolve the issue.
So … think carefully if you intend to buy at Ali Express web site .. especially the shop named Eye-Photo.
I just feel like paying money to buy a rubbish that the seller wants to dispose.
