The most important key: Tripod power!
with the aperture value you can get more detail, more deep of field, bokeh blur, sharp scenes, night shot with less noise (aperture + iso), faster shots or slower, all depends what you want to get in photo, with f/11 or f/13 you may need more time of exposure in some scenes (or maybe a higher ISO), with f/2 could be better in some conditions to shot or scenes.
