Hello Peter, I definitely enjoyed your You-Tube videos, especially the trip in the western USA. It is entertaining and very useful when you describe the trip and the experiences you acquired while photographing. The images and compositions are very good and your blending skills very creative. Photography is a very challenging field for making a living but it can work with diversification, and the best part of it is the journey and the experience that comes with it. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to the experiences of your work. Cheers.

I have a question, how do you pronounce the name of the microphone, rรธde or road?

Mads, less far away, Namibia, the death lei.. Petra in Jordan, and well like you I am absolute fan of Iceland. Interesting, in one blog you mentioned not being able to photograph your own place, I feel so much the same, and here the french riviera is not a bad place.

Surface of Saturne? That would be difficult, there is no surface it is a Gaz giant. Anyway, great blog, I really enjoy it. But you still do need to make a retouching tuto, I am too curious how you retouch your photos.

Great one.. What are your views on using Mirrorless cameras? Since you hike a lot for such pics & mirrorless cameras are light.. Do you consider using those?

Congratulations Lynne, and good on you for celebrating your 50's in such unique style.

so interesting to listen to your answers ๐Ÿ™‚ I agree regarding my question, I learn most when I get constructive feedback, rather than just getting positive or negative comment.. but many photographers are too "proud" to share their opinion ๐Ÿ˜› so thanks for taking your time and explaining your views ๐Ÿ™‚

Loved this Q&A video. Very informative, thank you. One question please. Do you ever use ND grads as, when you were answering a question about shooting waterfalls, you stated that you used bracketing to balance the exposure of the bright skies? I personally, rightly or wrongly, like to try to get the exposure right in the camera by using filters. Thank you Mads.

I enjoyed your video and listening to your responses. The difference between artistic photography and documentary photography is something I think many people misunderstand. especially given the notion that if you use photoshop then you somehow are less of a photographer because you didn't get it right in the camera and needed to post process. My usual response is everyone post processes even Ansel Adams post processed his images. I also found your educational background interesting. I studied the history and philosophy of science as an undergrad and often covered the relationship between science and religion. It is a very interesting subject. Thank you for sharing and I look forward to your next video.

I had to wait until the very end, but luckily we are about to discover the Lofoten spots ourselves. So if you need any advice…๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm definitely interested in post processing tutorials when/if you ever come out with them!

This alternation of video topics is great, it makes your channel much more diverse and interesting. Also, I am really interested in your processing-videos, since I always wondered how your work flow is. I hope I can afford it as a poor student ๐Ÿ˜›
    Great content Mads! ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice video. How to make money out of landscape, urban photography in Denmark. Do you approach your work for particular companies or what? Making exhibitions, sending to newspapers, traveling agencies… ?

  18. Murat Batmaz says

Could you please write the names of the places you like in Denmark? It's hard to decipher from the Danish language. I've been to Denmark once before and I loved it. I'd like to go again someday and maybe visit one or two of those spots.
