    White umbrellas make people look dead, not good. Use a large silver reflector and correct wrinkles and skin blemishes in Photoshop. Normal healthy skin does have a certain amount of moisture content, so some small degree of sheen is normal and healthy looking. Matte flat looking skin and eyes are not normal.
