Education is the process of learning and knowing. It is a holistic process and continues throughout our life. Even the regular happenings and events around us educate us, in one or the other way. An educated person has the ability to change the world. Education opens our mind and expands our horizon. It enables us to understand our duties as citizen and encourages us to follow them. We get to know our history and culture through education and imbibe those values.
A child has the potential to become great and successful person. The parent and the teacher play a very important role in identifying and reaching the goal. The child is made to know the potentials by creating a conductive atmosphere and constant encouragement. To bring out the best, the parents and the teachers need to work together. Today in the highly competitive world it is a great challenge for the teacher to make a child realize his or her capabilities.
Hence perseverance and tolerance are needed in a child so that beautiful image of a person comes out of him or her. As trainees teachers and parents need not get disappointed or discouraged by the slow steps taken by the child. Every slow step taken should be a step of confidence and firm determination in achieving the goal.
