I took most of my photos in raw and it put me behind a few grades because i couldnt access the photos because of the crap system
I remember a group team 10 of the ict workers on my account changing every picture individually one by one which was up to 300+ of em pics into jpegs

Ihave the opposite of over-editing. My eyes are used to the original pic when I edit, so when I start making changes I just change slightly cause it looks so exaggerated. Later on I go back to it and II'm like "It's not exaggerated at all…"

As a military photographer. I understand doing tutorials for editing, photography, etc…You mention often file management. You should show a tutorial that shows how you manage your files prior to the edit. File Management is king before content takes the throne. wouldn't you agree?

bad color correction like too much saturation or contrast or whatever,99% of the time happens because people are using the wrong monitor .If you cant really see what is happening its difficult to make accurate decisions and your photos will look bad or not that good on other monitors/smartphones.If you are really serious about this ,invest on a good monitor or get a 4k or 5k imac if you are into photography:)
