I’m sure you’ve seen work with this style out there. I kinda love it. Here’s a quicky edit using Darktable, Portrait Pro and Gimp to achieve the result

A initially learned photography as a kid shooting black & white then developing the photos in a dark room, that was a magical time and sparked my interest in photography. As I got older I dabbled in digital photography but wasn't until my kids were born that i really started to get an active interest back in it all.

Great video as always… Could you please explain a bit slower how you extend the background as in 13:03? It is a very useful trick when using studio backdrops. Thank you!
