Suhasini Mani Ratnam (Born: 15 August 1961) is an Indian film actress known for her works in South Indian cinema. She made her film debut in 1980 with the Tamil film Nenjathai Killathe. Suhasini was born to actor Charuhasan, in Chennai, into the prominent Haasan family. She married film director Mani Ratnam in 1988 and the couple has a son Nandan born in 1991.
