After my last video on post processing a downtown image of Chicago in Lightroom, I received a handful of requests to post process a portrait. I recently took a bunch of senior portraits and decided to demo various techniques I use to improve the image.
Keep in mind there is no one right method to post processing:). What might look good to one person may not look good to another. I want you to take away an understand that post processing offers another outlet to showcase your creativity.

Great videos! I am using the Nikon D3400 and have tried to import my RAW photos into LR to process but LR will not recognize them, only the JPEG photos. Is there a particular reason this happens? Thank you!

I have been using picasa and am interested in light room. For a new photographer would you suggest buying Lightroom 6 or the year subscription with photoshop? I really don’t want to waste money. I have a Nikon D3400 and love your videos with that camera!
How do you get the specs of your shot (i.e. shutter speed, iso, etc.) to pop up in the top left corner in Lightroom?
