    I agree with you guys but what about the countries where wheather is not very friendly, and what about photographers who work single, you must be very quick. 1 -1,5 min per child otherwise you be shooting for a week. I mean photographing big schools where 300-400 students are.

    Okay, I listened to all five parts and I now know that Freed Spirit does not use the traditional school photo model. I know that they prefer to shoot outdoors and that they take multiple pictures per student and that they use Millers. Mostly, I know they think they are the absolute best there is. But what I didn't get is the specific software and processes they use to create this magic. Is Freed selling software?At first I thought the competitive advantage the offered was better pictures and a process that relieved the school administrator and staff of many of the traditional school picture duties but not having parents pre-purchase the pictures. Than I discovered that Freed works like all the others in that regard. I'm baffled.
