If you’re commenting to ask what camera I’d recommend for you, I suggest 5 different cameras that are all really awesome and fit into different budgets. Please check those out first! I recommended those because I think they’re the best for beginners, but if they’re maybe missing a feature or something you want then definitely ask!
If you don’t want a DSLR, my number one recommendation is the Canon G7X Mark II.
I am a beginner and I have been wanting to buy a DSLR, and I would mostly use it to capture wildlife, cityscape and nature but would also use it to capture moving objects or one the move. I would not be taking a lot of video. So pls suggest one for me

What would be the best camera for a beginner for taking pictures of people, such as family pictures, etc.?
Hey everyone! I’m a beginner but I really want an awesome camera to take pictures at my volleyball games so I need one that’s good for action shots, I also want to take pics of sunsets and me for Instagram. I would really like one that looks like it in person that the picture is really crisp. Any suggestions?
Great video! I’m looking into buying a camera for photography. I’m a beginner and I don’t want to spend a ton of money on my first camera. Video quality doesn’t really matter to me. I want something that’s versatile. I’ll mostly be shooting stills and fun photoshoot portraits with friends, so I want something that has good bokeh and color. Once in a while I may use it for action or sports photography (but probably not very often). I’ve thought about both DSLRs and mirrorless cameras but am not sure what’s right for me. Do you have any camera and lens suggestions for me? Thanks!
Great video Kath! I go to NYU so we’re basically school neighbors😂💕 spending my spring and summer abroad studying so I’m looking for a camera to take really cool and professional looking pictures. I would like something around $500 and under. So far I like the canon pics you took so I think I might buy one from them.

Do you have any videos in which you talk about what you gain as you go up in price for a camera (excluding sensor size) and for a lens, and what you lose when you go down in price?
You are seriously stunning
So what camera do you reccomened for beginners? And by beginners, I mean someone who does not know anything about cameras but still wants one. I really hope you reply to this.

Hey Kath! I am interested in purchasing the Nikon – AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G lens. Can you tell me the major differences between the "Standard" and "Special Edition"? I understand the price difference, but, any other key points? I would like to use it for my first photography session taking someones senior pictures. I have the Nikon D5300 btw, thank you so much for any help!
a cropped sensor is 25% of the size of a full frame? Not really
Great video though.
