First Impressions: Shooting the Mamiya RB67 Pro-S Handheld @ Portrait Games + Game of Tones
In this video, I take out the Mamiya RB67 Pro-S out to Los Angeles, California for a photomeet hosted by Portrait Games (@portraitgames), Game of Tones (@agameoftones), and Conquer LA (@conquer_la) for some handheld portrait photography.

I originally wasn't going to publish this video due to how weird a lot of the iPhone footage was (trash talking Apple, not Pris because she's awesome #teamandroid), but I've had WAY too many cancelled videos this year – ESPECIALLY WITH THIS CAMERA – and didn't want to add this to the list. I'm REALLY going to go for that Done is Better than Perfect mindset, so be prepared for another (hopefully final) attempt at weekly uploads, especially since YouTube doesn't promote creators who don't frequently. So yeah, let's get this interaction going; now that this video is up, feel free to drop any comments/questions you have on this camera and I'll be sure to answer it here and make note to include it in a future review video once I have more quality time with this camera.

What’s the lens used? Awesome shots!
Informative, casual and hilariously funny, thanks for a great video! Just order one and coming soon so very helpful. great work guys!
Keep at it Manny.
i like these shots!! I'm really thinking about getting an rb67, do you use an iphone app for metering or what?
Dude, push that film! The negative is so large that it doesn't affect quality that much. Just push and remember to use what little good light remains!
Hey everyone! Not sure who will find this comment, but since I can't do story posts on YouTube, I thought I'd mention that this weeks video is being post-poned to next week. I know I wanted to be consistent with weekly uploads, but this roadtrip video means a lot to me and I want to make sure I do it justice. So the editing will take awhile longer. Cheers.
I loved the results I got from mine but I could never get along with the handling and size. Now I can fit my Mamiya 6, three lenses and a second camera in the same space as the RB with one lens. Still those 6×7 negatives were nice
Awesome shots dude 🙂
i already love your channel!
that is some amazing photography and the mamiya rb67 looks amazing!
thanks for sharing this great content with us!
really enjoyed watching this
I have always fancied shooting an RB, im currently using the mamiya C330. If you like the slr style maybe look into a Pentax 67 with the 105mm lens, super nice combo but still quite heavy.
great video. I'm planning on picking this camera up sometime next month. by the way, don't forget to thank her for the b-roll (a the end of video) lmao
Manny I can still see you reading your script
