Remember my suggestion from after losing weight working out to get in shape for your Bonneville run. Continue to get on the scale each day. I messed up. I didn't do this. I lost a bunch of weight, then wasn't checking my scale. When I finally did check it I had gained more than half of it back. I'm just sayin'…

Hello Ralfy! At my local shop I've found a 15 yo Clynelish with the name James MacArthur on it, do you know anything about this? There is another, a 15 yo Mortlach under the name Maltman.
