Wouldn't call them photographers… They're just a bunch of edgy folks trying to put through some sort of message by taking crappy unprofessional shots.
Their photography skills can be learned within half an hour by watching youtube tutorials. Thats why every of their shots looks like a cheap copy of the photos made by George Muncey from Negative Feedback.
A year later and the impact of this video is still heavy! No matter what you do see the beauty in it and bring that to the forefront of your world.

I think those photographers inspired me in a way that beside their love for taking pics, they also add values & purposes which somehow make the photos bring a lot more emotion than just pictures in frames. Theyre really next gen

The dude has some cool shit but the other two are kinda basic.
You just take random shots on film, where's your creativity, composition and all of that crap ? Point the camera at someone, make it bw and you have your "work"
Those photographers have great stories, but the storytelling and direction in this video is very weak to the point where what they were trying to talk about is being mellowed by the music, and unwisely timed B-rolls.. also titled "Next Gen" while featuring old technology, doesn't make sense

Studio setup is not something exclusive to digital photography. Studio setups have been there since…well, it's conception. You could use lightning, bouncer, softboxes, backdrop, etc while shooting film or digital. It doesn't matter. Sorry, but I can't take this woman serious is she says that. A better reason to shoot film and the one I give everytime I'm asked to is "Because I like the look which I don't have to spend hours trying to imitate in digital because it's already there in the film and because it really slows me down since I don't have a screen or unlimited shots" You see? That's a reason.
