It’s time we catch up on ALL the photo news. Since we did not have the photo news in the last two episodes we had a lot of catch up to do.
One of the biggest news stories of the last few weeks was the lead up to the Nikon Df announcement. Many of you may be wounding why Stephen or I did not get in on the “rumors”, you will find out in this weeks Episode.
After we catch up on all the news there is a very special interview that I conducted. I sat down with my high school teacher who showed me the way as a new photographer. He is the reason I do not crop and fill the frame. This is a very personal interview that I hope lets you reflect on a teacher that you had that made a difference in your direction and life.

I'd love a DF mainly for the sensor I'd rather have the 51 af system but get that they don't want to make the same mistake they did with the D700 and kill the D3 sales. I don't really care about the styling id just get it in black and stick new lenses on it.

Jesus, this took over 4 hours to watch with all the work and interruptions I had.. but it was well worth it! Good interview, too! I wish I had photography in my school.

Hey Jared, there's quite a few people that would be awesome to interview during the show, so I thought of a setup that might work. Put a laptop or something on the table with a skype feed and just record the sound onto the laptop and sync it in post when editing the podcast 🙂 Any thoughts?
