A initially learned photography as a kid shooting black & white then developing the photos in a dark room, that was a magical time and sparked my interest in photography. As I got older I dabbled in digital photography but wasn't until my kids were born that i really started to get an active interest back in it all.
I am less concerned about the reflection of the guy, considering these were photos taken by police. So in all likelihood it is a police officer. My concern/point is the camera….:

I have just spooked myself. I kept pausing and turning my laptop in different directions. There are so many layers. I see someone sitting down holding a baby, someone standing up holding a baby and sooo many faces!!!! Scary.
Looks like a guy wearing a hoodie, as well as another person to the left and maybe a third behind and to the right, taller. Might try to sketch it tomorrow when I have more time, and shoot you a copy, as well as anything else I might 'pick up on' in my own unique way.
