Wish I hadn't bought my MSI GS65 (the 1070 varient). I got in December and the display is a joke! Upgraded from a 2012 MacBook Pro and the display is actually better on the 7 year older Mac! Ridiculous for £2400 😾😾😾 It's just such a dim display, 300 nits, realistically getting 270. Sorry just bitching, and to warn others to really look into your display options, 7 years of technological advancements aren't enough to ensure a better display. I checked everything else of course and everything else is better but not the display. Big boo for MSI, my most treasured and hated laptop 😋 it's so expensive but so shit. Agh. Rant complete. What's this, Oled 🤤🤤🤤 no money left 😭😭😭

Looks like OLED would perform better in bright sunlight outside than ultrasharp display even though OLED is 400nits and Ultrasharp is 500nits. What's your thoughts and opinions. I've always purchased touch screen even though I've never used it. Seems it may be better to get OLED display so long as it's very good outside…

Well… If nothing has changed on the chassis, likely nothing has changed on the cooling side either… Was hoping for a redesign that really made this laptop able to push the limits of what it was capable of since it failed so badly with the i9 8950HK throttling…
Also the lack of the GTX 1660 Ti maxQ… The 1650 will likely be very similar in performance to the 1060 it came with last year.
Also why aren't we getting the white/rosegold option here like we have with the XPS 13?
