An early start sees me at New Brighton for a morning of shooting around the many landmarks.

Lenses carried were as follows
Sigma 10-20 f/3.5 – unused on the day
Tamron 17-50 f/2.8
Pentax DA 50-135 f/2.8
Filters – SRB photographic hard and soft ND grads and a 10 stop ND in the new Elite system holder (85mm square system)
Tripod was my trusty and much battered Velbon REXI-L
Vlog equipment:
GoPro Hero4 Silver used in medium view 2.5k 25fps Protune (flat)
Panasonic FZ1000 for the time lapses
Velbon Luxi-L tripod
Smatree selfie stick with tripod legs for the GoPro
Tascam DR05 audio recorder with Rode smart Lav and dead kitten.
Hermosas fotos…. Excelente Composición 👍👍👍
Do you use the same filter system for your Bronica?
Really liked it…
Interesting location, nice images!
I am now inspired to go shoot after watching several vids by you.
I loved this Steve. I was born in wallasey and know every rock and puddle on new Brighton beach. Watching from Tokyo and feeling very present. Please keep the videos coming mate
well done good video
hi Steve just came across you by accident i was looking for reviews on SRB filters as against the extortionate LEE system, i am definetly going with SRB thanks for your input subscribed now
i love your adventures … thanks for sharing them
Quite nice. I think you really like square format. Quite a productive day I should say
Hi Steve, is that a manfrotto Tripod head shown @ 2:04 in the video? If so, how did you get the Arca Swiss attachment to fit to it? I have an Arca Swiss bracket for my D800 and have just had what looks like the same 3-way tripod head free with my new Manfrotto tripod and want to carry on using my L-bracket.
Hi Steve, yet another excellent video. I really like the way you edit these. I agree with the comment by Renegade Scot that it would be good to see the equipment list. I would also like to see more of the still images from the video. Any chance of publishing these on your blog and adding a link to that?
As always a brilliant video, quite different from your other shoots we have seen. Did you mention what camera you were using please? If so, sorry I didn't pick up on it.
Very good film. Hope you don't mind but a little bit of advice would be to change your title to, Landscape Photography – New Brighton on a sunny winters day. Also add the title and description of the trip and maybe list of the kit you used in the description area. Also make sure to add tags based on this like you would add to a photograph. You will get a lot more views and subscribers 😉
Great video Steve, and what a location, so much choice of shots.
