Camera Basics – Aperture
In this animation, I explain Aperture and how it interacts with the various parameters of photography.

I am releasing an animation with a similar style to this one every month, so stay subscribed for more. Feel free to leave criticism in the comments, but keep in mind that I am still learning After Effects and Illustrator. Also, leave suggestions for different video topics. I plan on covering the other two pillars of photography: Shutter Speed, and ISO, as well as Focal Length.

Thank you for watching!
For shooting of night sky photography, understand that you need a fast aperture to take in all the light that you need, but wouldnt that make the background blurry and not able to see the stars?
Use f16 or more than for night used to captured image is clear if the subject running or moving use f16 shutter speed to avoid parallax

Fantastic video!
No need for a narrator model, non-sense!
Straight professional point. In a business presentation this would count greater than some moron wanna look pretty trying to explain.
Good explanation with great Video and Graphic as well, wait to get new video and more tips about photography
This video helped me a lot.
Thank you for this video. ❣️♥️

Don't forget to dislike the video.
You don't explain aperture without using a camera.
Thank you for the clarity!

I paused this. I don't know how much i can trust people whose pupil is moving like that…
im still confused about the geometry of the lens. should there not be a circle shaped black part around the picture if you go to minimum iris opening?
Appreciable! To the point logic. No confusion
Great and informative video. Thanks!
Thank u so much for this video
More light means I should see background as well.why background gets blurred?
Too good.
Wooow great information. Thanks for sharing
Well done with the animation explanation of taking seemingly hard to grasp photography concepts and making them easier to understand via animation and good explanation.
