Just used the glass prism you recommend today and I absolutely loved the way it turned out.
Good stuff! I have been using a crystal sphere prop on some outings already. It's a 60mm, just got a 100mm one I'm anxious to try now. I also have used a cardboard tube about 4 inches round. I like the prism you mentioned. Have to look into that. Thanks for sharing

I like to use my phones flash light and a cd to make a rainbow effect on the face, it works well when you get use to it
I like the crystal ball. I'll have to get one. I get a lot of ideas from Gavin Hoey's YouTube channel. I did a shoot with a model looking out a plexiglass window hung from a frame and sprayed with water to look like it was raining. One looking out a set of mini-blinds (over the same window) with light coming through the blinds. Another good one was fog machine and colored gels over the flashes.
