That title isn’t a typo – you really can buy a DSLR for under $100…but what? How does it stand up to the modern day demands? Watch the video to find out what Kai and Lok bought for a $100 budget.

I just bought a cheap first camrea.a nikon d60 sooo. Is that newer then d40x??
"500 British quids"
To think now adays that'll get you a 83x optic zoom P900
I would get like a Nikon d3100 which is like £90
Why is it that there's no video comparison between these 2 cameras?please do it on other videos,,, thank you.
Make a updated version , it's 2019
My €175 samsung j5 2016 has a 8 mp selfie camera 😂😂😂
Easy go to the …Pawnshop
I say for a beginner, keep it under £500. Nothing worse than seeing a complete amateur with a 7d mk 2 or a 1d mk 2 shooting auto
WE ARE NOT COMPETING
…
Compared himself xD
i got a a canon d5 for 100 full frame 12mp… it is a really good camera
Iso 100-400… Basically this camera is for daytime shot
"SD Cards, you can put that in your macbook!"
Yeah I don't think someone with a macbook will consider a sub-100$ camera 😀
I still have my D200 as my only camera and it is still great. Only issue is that is sucks in low light with no flash. Iso 800 is the absolute acceptable limit and even then you got to deal with noise. Will probably upgrade to 7500 or 500 in a year.
9:54 props for not slapping and
extra 6 seconds on just for the ad rev
I still love the 20D. No one prints these days anyway.
I used to have a 30d back when they were younger (about 5 years before this video was released), it was a pretty capable camera back then and I loved it… All bar the absolutley rubbish rear LCD which was way too dark if the sun was out. Thank god it had the top LCD so you could actually see settings outside the viewfinder.
I just got a Canon d50 for about 200usd, and I'm very happy. It's my first "real" camera, and it had all the features I really needed as it will be used to document some of my work in my laboratory, and good long exposure shots are a must for what I'm visualising.
2:56 Well…
I cant find a decent lens under £60. Let alone a whole bloody camera!!!
"So it uses SD cards… You can put that on your macbook!"
ooohhhh boi that joke just got even better
Make this again please!
