fixed lens for travel….. I will need a zoom.
Hey ill be going to turkey in a few months any tips on overcoming nerves I want to get up close with the people as in I needs close up shots of people
Do you think there's a big result difference between 24mm and 35mm for travel photography?
i went to turkey in 2014 and still one of my favorite memorable destinations:) i love your photos and wish i was able to capture images like you when i was there.
Street or Travel photography people usually use 30 or 50mm. 24mm is wide lens generally used for landscape photography but it's your choice. Your photos look great and your 24mm f 2.8 is superb lens for bright day photography for sure. You like the lens that's your choice.
Amazing, do you think this one could be useful for portraits as well?
This was SO helpful. Thank you very much! Been looking for the perfect travel, low-light lens and I think this is it.
Whats the difference between this and the pancake version. I use a canon t7i
I shot mostly my 50mm in Sicily. I had the 24mm Nokia 1020 for a slightly wider angle.
In Morocco I'll shoot a 28-200mm and a 50mm 1.8 on film.
dope man.. really enjoyed this
The choice of an unique lens for travel is very personal. I understand your choice, even if it's not mine.
I'll prefer wether a 50mm f:1,8 (for example the Sony-Zeiss 55 f:1,8, my favorite) witch is more versatile than the 24mm, or a one-in-all zoom like a 24-105 f:4 (but it's bigger and less discreet).
I've upgraded to your simplified workflow. I like it! I'll take that vignetting into account though. Have you found any apps that fix that yet?
Great video and nice explanation, thank you.
Your pictures in Turkey are splendid !
I love this lens : cheap, light and sharp enough to crop. But if I had to choose one lens for travelling, it will be the 40mm 2.8 stm.
Hello, nice video and amazing pictures!
I have the 16-35 2.8 from Cannon. Also using the 6D. I have a couple longer lenses, but usually only use the 16-35. When I've looked over my photos, I see I usually shoot most of my shots in the 24-28 range. Would you think that this lens would be an upgrade in quality over the 16-35 at the 24 range?
I'm interested because of the weight loss this lens provides, but I'm unsure how much in quality of images I might be sacrificing. Thank you!
Just curious, what app do you use to edit on your phone?
Nice video. So this is equivalent to a 16mm for crop sensors.
Nice pictures! I really like the tones. Do you use presets? How do you edit your photos?
Your photos are breathtaking!!! Amazing…really makes me want to go to Turkey!
Nice video. Iām a beginner and Iām really saving up for that lens! Thanks for making it more easier for me! š
Nice review and really killer shots throughout the video! I was wondering if you could share a bit on your editing? Really simple and nice colours š
I'm a landscape photographer…and this is my favorite most used lens by a long shot. It's excellent. Nice choice!
