Tips for Wedding Photography Poses
One of the things that took me the longest to learn was how to pose clients on a wedding day. And not just your average poses…I wanted my clients to look beautiful, like they were having fun, and feel like they could grace the pages of a magazine. I soon found out that this was also VERY hard to do! I learned a few things in the past decade and I’d love to share three ways that helped me grow as a photographer.
Have you ever thought about providing some more in depth videos? This was about a minute long of pretty general information and I feel like you have tons more you could offer and share. Maybe do an actual engagement or bridal session and walk us through foundation poses you start off with, what you're looking for when putting them into poses, what to be careful of when shooting at wide open apertures, etc.
Great advice! Posing is the hardest thing for me when it comes to portraits and working with clients. What lens do you suggest I shoot with for wedding portraits: 50mm f/1.4 or 75-100mm f/4 ? Thanks for all the great advice
I love you! Your work is amazing. <3
Jasmine I like you tutorial , but in a real wedding I don't think we have the time Iam new as photographer. and why dont you do you tutorials with a couple that are not model, another question u always use only 50mm len?
Your work is amazing.
Are you shooting raw?
Keleigh Sperry is the model. I had seen some photos on her instagram. Beautiful.
I'm sure you're really good at what you do, but with this gorgeous couple that could be models in that enormous conference room with all those windows all of your shots are going to be beautiful. How did you transport all those candles?
would love to see a vid on your must have equipment 🙂
You're incredible!!! Thank you for always sharing and inspiring!!!!! How beautiful you are!!!
