I have done the install of the Iconasys 360 jewelry turntable with the built in shutterstream software, changed all the settings on my canon eos 5dmkii to the recommended settings in the tutorial. Now, i open the program and try to follow your video but i can't even get live feed into the computer.
We had purchased equipment from packshot creator and you are right, their software is VERY buggy – to the point we shelved our 360 shooting. Question – do you sell to Europe?
