How To Shoot Simple And Awesome Bridal Portraits On Location
In today’s video I’ll be showing you how to shoot awesome bridal portraits with an on-camera flash and natural light. It is simple and extremely easy to do. I hope you enjoy this tutorial and the behind the scene footage of this photoshoot.
I shot with the Canon 5D mark III and the Canon 85mm 1.8. The speedlight i used for the shoot was the Yongnuo YN560 IV.
Video was shot on the Sony A7R III and Sony 28mm f2 FE lens.

Beautiful location, beautiful photos, great lesson, I just have a problem with assistants that use earplugs and a telephone during a bridal session, that's distracting and very unprofessional otherwise excellent video. Photographer you were on point

great video!
what is the size of the reflector? please the big one
Thank you prince meyson for this video. Can you pls do a tutorial on how to take portraits with ring light. Sometimes when I shoot, even when the makeup is looking all beautiful, it comes out really bad on camera because of the ring light. Thanks in advance
This is good advice, and I really love your presentation and video editing.
But to be accurate, that 5-in-1 reflector with the black material facing the model at that distance from her is not "blocking the light," but blocking some direct light from hitting her through the window. In fact, what you get with light bending around both sides of the reflector is a very cool effect known as dark field lighting, which is what you may see in beverage advertisements where only the edges of a glass are illuminated.
I actually wish you would have used the dark field lighting for a nice edge illumination effect on her face, but to do that you need to shoot towards the background and compose so that the background is just covering the camera's field of view. Combined with the bounced fill flash, this would have the same effect as three-point lighting. Try it some other time!
awesomeness
Greetings please which camera did you use to snap this picture please
