wank.
The slide scan marketplace is a mess. I bought a new Plustek and never got a single good scan out of it. The included software was difficult to use and came with no instructions. The slides always came out too dark, no matter what I did. The 50 dollar cube scanner from China has had to continue serving me. Although the scans are a bit soft, the colors and exposure are always right on, and its so simple to operate.
I'm sorry, but am I to understand my crappy, outdated $200 V600 scanner is rated better than the top of the line Epson film scanners like the V700 or V850? Literally every other place I look rates the V600 poorly by comparison of other better Espon scanners and even the Plustek in many cases so this video holds little weight
