I should have added all three! really enjoyed this
Well done both artists but then I am an unashamed Elgarian!
At about 5.20 she sounds like Horne with that ingolata.
very interesting perfomancem
Yaaaaaas press my eyelids closeddd
Very nice video. Horne though is almost unrecognizable, so old now.
It's funny, Ms. Jackman's voice sounds sort of similar to Ms. Horne's. 😛
It sounds like this mezzo has listened to a lot of Horne recordings.
Beside her serious engagement for young Lied singers it's always a great pleasure to listen to Mrs. Horne whatever she tells… 🙂
Ms. Horne has a way of making you feel comfortable. You soon forget that you are talking to the greatest singer in the world because there is no attitude, no pretension, she's a real human being who gives real advice and who cares very deeply for good singing and the people who do it.
Mrs Horne is so cute.
I love Ms. Horne's instruction…you can just feel her own investment in helping these young singers improve. A pleasure to watch!
