Volunteers, which include a crew of makeup artists and hair stylists, photograph foster youth for their senior portraits. These photo shoots typically cost hundreds of dollars but is free for foster youth. The event, which is in its 5th year, took place in April at Jensen Alvarado Ranch and Museum. When this first started it served a dozen foster youth. This year’s event served 60 kids.
