A (bit more than a) Landscape Photography Tutorial: Snowdonia

I recently took a trip to Snowdonia in Wales in an attempt to reinvigorate my photography by shooting in a genre Iām unfamiliar with; Landscape Photography.
This video is a tutorial giving details of my shooting style, philosophy behind the shots, apps which I found helpful, as well as a selection of the resulting images at the close of the video.
It is also a video diary of my thoughts on the journey, specifically around needing to regularly challenge yourself in your photographic journey in order to keep growing.
I hope you enjoy.

As always, thank you for your videos. Not ony for the photography part, but for the insights. Peace my friend.
The results are great!
If
If others approval we
need,
If that has to be,
In our endeavors to
succeed,
Then our soul has been
traded,
And become the norm,
And never will, our,
individual creativity be
born:
Haha.. your turn.. top shelf, as always.
Hello, couldn I just ask what app did you for the sunrise/sunset time? Thanks
I watch a lot of your stuff on YT, because it's always damn good. But this is a video I missed until now. But, it's never to late, and those images, are simply world class. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Nice sean.i really like this video..
Good video.
This may sound borderline creepy but I get the feeling like I want to actually sit down with you, chill and just talk nonsense.
With what did you make your time-lapse when we see you shooting?
Thank you for sharing! Your cinematography is stunning. Canāt wait to see the results
Fabulously inspirational video with some great tips as well. Thanks Sean.
Thanks for that. You talked like we all share the same journey, not knowing too much, but finding truth in us here and there. Really authentic. Cheers!
A very well filmed tutorial, thanks for sharing. Great images especially the last. A lot more than a landscape photography tutorial. Good work Sean
Great job! Very inspiring a lot of heart….
āIām no landscape photographer ā! ššš
Who are you trying to fool?
Hey Sean. I really enjoyed watching this video.
I'm also a Portrait Photographer, and have recently (three days ago) decided to dedicate at least one day a week to getting my arse away from my comfort blanket, which is a controlled studio environment, and outside to do some landscape/fine art photography. What I have captured so far is by no means brilliant, but I am finding the whole experience extremely relaxing, and I'm actually learning about my camera all over again.
Keep up the great work.
All the best. š
Dreamlike images that I'm quite confident will tick soo many boxes for professional Landscapers but with a sweet sugar paint of you. Amazing.
great video! thank you.
There was no need to worry!
Those images turned out beautifully. I have a strong appreciation for your channel, it resonates with me so much.
beautiful shots
Just…….thank you for sharing your enthusiasm . Please keep making your videos they are magical
almost half way through (7 minutes) and "a tutorial" begins"… not impressed
This was the first video of yours that ever popped up in my recommendations and Iāve been an avid admirers ever since.
When I first saw this I had just started doing freelance and was afraid of becoming complacent (which I did eventually) and wanted to find new challenges.
Now Iām happy to say Iāve found a few diverse styles I love, and try to challenge myself as often as I get a chance.
Not just a great photographer but a great filmmaker too. Never seen such dramatic and intense videos by any other photographer in the world
Thank you Sean,
I've bounced from one YT photographer to another over the last few months as if skipping from stone to stone. I finally feel like Ive landed with both feet firmly on the ground. I'm too inexperienced to pass any kind of judgement on your work and wouldn't want to. But your gift is plain to see. I think your street photography is truly amazing. I think you're a film maker in the making too. It's your philosophy more than anything though that I find so inspiring and reassuring. Your thought processes are always engaging.
Thanks again
Best wishes
Mike
Your videos are therapeutic.
great video š
That Suntracker app is so useful. The free version is great, but having a list of times when the milky way is at it's best, along with its exact location, is a real benefit for night/astrophotographers. Thanks for the heads up Sean.

Sean, hello. I didn't understand the name of the sun app you mention in the video, what is it called?
Many thanks for this inspiring video too!
