Here is a how-to guide to smoke grenade or smoke bomb photography. Mostly we wanted to test out what worked and what didn’t so that we could translate that into a step by step guide. I think we have a handful of things here that will save you time and keep you safer on your first attempt. For a more detailed guide including more behind the scenes video, go to the article I wrote here:

Hi can I just ask did they stain the wedding dress at all, many thanks
Thank you so much for the tips appreciated it 👍🤝
Hi.Science Filmmaking Tips.
Excellent scenes with the video and the photographs.
Great use of the reflector, lamps and lighting.
I manufacture special smoke pumps for photography and video.
In search of photographers, cameramen, including short films, to understand the motive of some scenes with these products, it is difficult to find. The effects and pumps are manufactured for indoor and outdoor scenes.
I have different needs, long duration, medium duration, short duration, low intensity, medium intensity, high intensity. many intense colors, even in pantone tone, I count a palette of colors for more options.
I also make special effects, colored lights, flashes of colors, flashing lights (strobe type), sparks, different effects to combine with the bombs or just between them.
I hope that some day you will know my products and you can try them yourselves.
Thank you .
Greetings.

Tried it but anywhere you do it – seems the cops show up and harass you about "illegal" or "permit" "fire danger" crap 😤
How much pressure can we compress the smoke grenade ?
wow another great video and so informative
What's in the canister?
This is super cool, did you ever try it with a smoke machine? Was there a reason to do grenades over a machine with coloured fogs/smokes? I'd imagine on a nice still night with a long exposure you certainly could do a really cool creeper shot. Sets that I've worked on we never used grenades, sounds fun though! 🙂
In Germany, there is a good seller on Amazon. I will definitely try it!
Those are smoke grenades used in Airsoft and paintball we have been doing photos and videos for years like this but your wife is really good at making the smoke look like its dancing around her and never seen photos come out so good 👍
So Nice and needful episode!
Great job and photos!!!
I want to try this but i can never get my hand on smoke bombs, i'm going to go comb amazon
It s cool
