That hurts too much
excellent photos. Bravo!!!
His photographs are just amazing! Hope to get that good or close to it at least someday.
You just can't beat B+W photography. No matter how good a full colour image is, a good B+W photo will, in most cases, trump it.Why, I just don't know.
Outstanding video, Mr. David has motivated me to try something new as a young/new photographer. Thank you.
I audibly gasped at these photos haven't done that with many photos
Wow…. absolutely beautiful work!
Why black and white tho?
This video look like a joke. White man speaking english , going to Africa with huge DSLR, making a lot of pictures and selecting one. Typical colonial british bullshit.
This video is half funny half sad
It was the best review with photographer I ever saw! I never heard about David Yarow but from now I'm a huge fan of this person and his work. Thanks YouPic for this review!
As a photographer, I think too much emphasis is put on the photographer and his gear, rather than the location, weather, lighting, and timing the photographer had. Many of us would have similar shots if we had the funds and time as those we put on pedestals like this. Yeah, I'm jealous, but I'd love the chance to prove my opinion wrong…
Your work is awesome love it.
I'm really curious about his gear. That level of resolution and pop screams 'medium format.' If he is shooting 35mm, the Nikon D850 would be the only camera in my mind, that could pull that off.
Beautiful……
Wow! talk about inspiration. These photos are phenomenal! Right then fellow photography fans, I have a question…. I currently use an entry level DSLR and looking to upgrade and have my eyes on the following cameras (want to remain with Canon and crop sensor for my existing lenses): Canon 77D, 80D or 7Dmkii. I won't really be using video that much so image quality needs to steal it. My images won't be printed larger that A3 and the majority will be on Instagram and featured in a small magazine. I've read tons of reviews but usually get great advice in comments. Am I right in thinking, 70D would be best for video but either 80D or 7Dmkii for photos? any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all
how much editing goes into the striking black and white images? Photoshop etc,
Multimillionaires shoot them with high power rifles.
Today shooters, that claimed pro photographers, shoot RAW and cheat always w/computer.
How about show us you original shots first?
Then show everyone how many steps you had to cheat by using a computer?
Now this guy is from my era of photography! He's also as real as they get. Very Excellent animal photographer better than any I've seen before. He would of been a LIFE magazine lead photographer, to bad that mag ended. Excellent! Thanks for this!
Thank you for your style
Stunning images.
This is the part I love about photography, the art.
Just bloody stunning thank you for these
Love the elephant kicking the camera that I can't afford yet. Good times.
just when you think your photographs meet the grade ~
Most photographs of beautiful women use medium telephoto lenses.
Love your work David.Just something about nature that makes one stand still and take note.
How does he get that fine art image quality though?
Are you using slide film??????
Just learnt more about composition and light in eleven minutes than in the last five years..
What I admired the most about Mr. Yarrow is the simplicity of his approach. By studying the animal to be photographed and position yourself in the correct moment and time have been the true essence of Mr. Yarrow photographic skills. His compositions speak for themselves. Not only are they stunning but also inspiring.
amazing.
