    Thanks for the awesome tips. I got my first wedding gig coming this fall and the reception/ball room I was told is all white so I wouldn't need CTO gels and are speedlites in TTL mode powerful enough to reach the center of the room (where the dance floor is) or should I meter the light and use manual mode?

    I use the MAG-Bounce for the on camera flash. that way i am independent of the ceiling for bounce

    I just shot a runway model show with a Canon 24-70 2.8 most photos came out blurry .now I have to shoot a wedding reception Sunday indoors low light mo tripod people dancing and moving shooting with a 7d and a 24-70 with flash what camera setting do I use to have sharp photos

Love Love Love These tips! as an event lighting company, thank you for encouraging vendor communication. we're happy to work with the photographer to make sure they get the best shots. also, thank you for showing amazing room shots. you'd be surprised at how many galleries we've seen that have overlooked major lighting Decor elements.
