@3:41 freaking rude
Love the show
Why is this show discontinued ? There should be a new episode every week.
Nigels crushing on Roxy hard.
Roxy's photo doesnt have any quality in it. Its soft and too much brightness and mess on the bg and you cannot see any details on the garment coz prolly She didnt speed up the shutter a lil bit. I dont know why the judges prefer her's than Chris. Chris photo has more quality and sensuality.
jamiyas was cool. but scott won this round for me.
you dont need to understand fashion to be a good fashion photographer… ugh homeboy had a good photo last time around, but he is so irking this time around. just shoot. describe what you want! aargh.
Oh I love this!!!!!
That’s beautiful!
Jars with me that none of them seem to know how to hold a camera correctly.
The dude played so so safe and still won? This was so biased by the designer.
Were the photographers actually briefed on what the client wanted? Usually in that kind of a challenge they make it really clear what the brand is looking for whereas they seemed to just talk about fashion photography in general here. If they didn't let the audience know I doubt they said it the the photographers. If they didn't then it was unfair to throw it in their face at judging, especially since they were told at the beginning to 'take risks' and then seemed to be penalized for doing so.
Shocking… the two outdoor guys are kicked off in episode 1 and 2 because they don't do well in a studio.
Is this just a web show or is it on tv?
model 3 from the left to the right to me is the most pretty, and the first is the least. I loved the asian picture the most, I've seen a lot of fashion pictures cropped like this. To me that looks very professional.
Looks like the female contestant just gave a vote of no confidence to black and Hispanic dudes even though black dude is a "beauty" photographer. Freckles, ha! 8 minutes in I've decided hispanic dude is next to go now that I noticed the female is also Hispanic. We'll see.
Roxy should've gotten the boot because that was just an all around crappy shot SMH…And why did Nigel act like he didn't want Jamiya to win this one??? LOL
Smokey Robinson and not Smokey the Bear lol don't worry I got it.
both the funny ones were eliminated… (doesn't watch the next episodes)
Cropped image is the best as far a I am concerned.
i wonder if Canon sponsored this series
Roxy's looked like every "I just got a DSLR and had a friend model for me" shot.
Chris's shot looked like he didn't understand the concept of the shoot and didn't care to be bothered to try to understand it… which seems to be his exact attitude.
Jamiya and Scotts were miles ahead of the other two.
I don't think survival episodes are working here. If it was going to be 5 photographers of different types, why not do this in maybe give points on each challenges and add them up to pick a top photographer. Maybe have bonus points here and there, like if you make crucial mistake, take some points away, if something good or inspiring catches judges attention, give more points and so on.
Each photographers have their strong points, if we eliminate them by a single challenge, we could end up with very uninspiring finalle. Maybe Season 2 can give more thoughts in this.
I was surprised that none of judges made comment of Chris's photograph regarding to the model's legs. Her legs looked in awkward positions.
The brief must be paramount. The client is king so if you don't fulfil the brief you will not be working again.
It was very great episode . One day I want to be a part of this top photographer episode.
2:21 the lens in the center definitely isnt the 50mm thats the 35mm the first lens to the right is the 50mm (;
1 & 2 should have been reversed, but other than that 100% agree.
was Scott shooting in AF??
