Photography Contracts – Everything You Need To Know
Photography contract talk at the studio today – we were joined by Jason Hynes from Bereskin & Parr LLP. This is really amazing content. We’re so happy Jason was willing to come in, and also that he allowed us to post this.
The actual contract I use as well as a video about it, is over at Patreon if you’re interested:
Again, as Jason says, this is general educationl, and not specific legal advice.

My personal contract is up at: http://www.patreon.com/taylorjackson
why does the fan keep doing a changeup? were you playing with your shutter speed?
Within last 2-3 years I changed my contract at least2 times, basically after each “complicated/unhappy” client I add something to a contract. I had client who never paid before, I had a client that tried to sue me over me having an assistant.
Also, a lot of client get confused between “print release and copy right release.”
This was extremely helpful! thanks for making this available and thanks to the presenter for being so clear and willing to let you share it!
