Why do you crop people off at the feet and waist and leave mad head room above them? This bothers me in wedding photography. I feel like the waist crops look like the people are sinking into quicksand. Do you have a logical reason for doing this?
I feel like a lot of clients choose “quantity over quality”, I have seen photographers promising 600 images and even 1,200 images, but most of them are the same, and some of them deliver raw images.
Great video! Yes, always have “acts of nature” in your contract, and yet always try your best to deliver images even in bad weather conditions.
Why you use Nikon?
i notice you shoot alot mainly around the 1/2000 to 1/3200 mark, is that so you know you are freezing action without any movement at all or is that just down to the wide open aperture ? whats your views on this ? cheers!
this is golden! As real as it gets, no frills, no bullshit. Thank You!
I just bought your presets they're awesome, I got parts here and there, made a Frankenstein out of your presets lol and thats what I use, soon i also plan on joining your patreon
you dont need the best gear out there to shoot a wedding…. you just need to learn and use things to protect your gear… just because you can afford the fancy newest tech does not mean everyone else can.
Cool video
What iso did you use for outdoor and indoor shooting ?
Taylor, you’ve always outdone yourself with your career (no matter what negative things people say about you 😉) I’ve been doing professional photography for a couple of years now. I have a full time job and photography is my second job, I’ve done 5 weddings and though I know I need to be available full time for photography…. it’s pretty intimidating to think I won’t get enough business to support my family. One day, I hope to be at least 30% of your success! 😉 anywho, thank you for sharing, u da man!
Bro you need to get rid of that intro…. there's a better way to establish your credibility and experience. I love your content but, don't get a big head
what are those lens you are using?
In rain old technology of umbrella works wonders, even as a photographer ☔️
Loved the video as always! So you just use the same video settings as the ones you're currently using for photos? Regardless of the 180 degree rule etc?
Heyyy can i work with u
About how many images do you shoot on a typical wedding day?
Do you always shoot with your wife?
Taylor, did you ever try the fastest Uhs -2 G series cards on the A9? I would be surprised if even that card could not keep up. The beauty of the Sonys is in body stabilization, so no need then to use the 3rd party glass for the video aspect.
I guess I will be the guy who asks for the trade secrete today… what mount are you using for the gopro? Great video btw!
made my wedding indoors last Saturday easy as pie 😉
Thanks, Thanks and Thanks you are the best Photografher
Hey man, epic video as always- Small question here- When shooting at 1.8 where is your focus point? as in how do you not blur the subjects on either side of the focus point? many thanks for your time, keep on keeping on.
Taylor, has the A9 the same buffer delay as the A73 and A7R3?
What tamron are you using?
They got in the wedding day a forest fire and a storm…what a lucky guys!
I love shot together 😊😊 Thanks for Video!!!
Beautiful video! On the Tube this series is the best!
hOW DID YOU SHOT THOSE VIDEO HANDHELD 😲 😲 😲 😲
Just luv your vids!
Love from Bangladesh!😄
The pics are seriously good. Would definitely want to see more. I'm signing up for sure
Hope ya brought hot pennies and desiccant😋
Do you ever get soft images shooting the Tamron 35 wide open at 1.8?
Awesome video! What video quality and frame rate do you usually shoot?
less is more.. this can't be stressed enough.. in photography, as well as in any other industry, quality should always go above the quantity
You're using the D850 for video? No issues? Not trolling, I'm genuinely curious as we are told on YouTube that the d850 is jizz at video.
