I hope you guys enjoy this new behind the scenes video! I work with back lighting and harsh, direct lighting on the beach on the Canon 85mm f1.2. I’ve also included my camera settings again since you liked that last time! If you have any questions please leave them in the comments! And please let me know if you’d like to see any Lightroom/Photoshop editing tutorials with any of these pictures 🙂

💛
I love your work. Lovely matte photo look. Do you have a Lightroom cc mobile app version of your presets?
why is shuter speed so high
Amazing video!
I really enjoy watching your videos. I am slowly getting into portrait photography, jumping off from food photography. It has been so hard for me to get really sharp photos. How do you achieve that when you don't shoot with a tripod? Thank you and keep up the good work <3
Very nice not 100% natural with editing but nice!
Is that circular blur (like in pics @ 1:44) a property of the 85mm? I like that illusion of the backdrop 'wrapping' against the model
❤️❤️❤️julia
So lovely video, great work Julia. 👏
I always watch your vlog #love it
Hiii julia …. I love your videos. Behind the scene is very helpful and make me open how to interact with people while shooting. My request is please do some photoshoot with male models also.
What about using a lens hood ??? Maybe t his will be really useful … 😉
not taking anything away from you, because your photog skills and editing skills are amazing… but you sure work with some super talented models. they almost make it too easy lol
Good job..
Great video, Julia! Just out of curiosity, as I've never shot with an aperture that wide – are you doing a focus and recompose method for these shots or is there another technique you use/prefer for portraits with very wide (1.2 – 1.8) apertures? Thanks for your time 🙂
What did you use to shoot this video?
Me encanto! Hermosas fotos!
Did you set picture style or anything for this shoot? :)) please tell me the setting
Awesome Julia! Just discovered your videos, very nice to watch and great info!
Love it ! definitely sub 😀
Julia at 5:32 how did you get that rainbow effect on the lens?
beautiful model!
The model's legs are so so beautiful, why I can't see them in your photos.
Very impressed
Hi Julia, I love your picture so much. I love color in your picture. I can't set color like your picture by my cannon 750D. Example: at 3:36, The color is amazing, Could you tell me how to do that. You did that with Picture style, lens or lightroom… Please me!. thank so much. Love every video
nice shoot but relly I think when u use 35mm its better, this 85 make all in the background dead xD
