Hooray for the Sigma! The 18-135 is a good lens but not as fast as the Sigma in low light. The Rokinon is a good cheapy ultra-wide lens. Had the Manfrotto head – you can do better for about $100 more with a better Manfrotto tripod head….Gorillapods for great cheapy tabletop tripods.

If you can help me out with a small problem that would be great!, Infact anyone can help me out please!
I am using a Cannon 1300D EOS and I need to get a mic to go ontop of it to record better sound, Which microphone and cable would work best with it?
I have tried to research online but I found nothing.

Thanks for the great info in this vid. BTW while not 100% sure, your notbook specs are: I7 Quad core 2.5 Ghz processor, 16 GB 1600MHZ DDR3 Memory, 512 GB Flash HD. 2GB Intel Iris Pro Graphics. There are lesser versuons, this is the better for that yr. Good power for video editing at the time.

  39. Half Insane Outdoor guy says

Dont bother with a remote. Almost all DSLR's have apps that you can DL which when connected to the camera (simply by touching the phone to the camera side as with the Canon 80d) can be used to start, stop, focus, change ISO, aperture, shutter speed, etc. I love the app…especially when taking long exposure photos, as touching the button can cause image movement issues….anyway love ya!
