Those lights aren't helping at all. They are too far away and are casting specular light .You have a huge window that would look so much better. Ditch those horrible hot lights. Get some speedlites. Reflections aren't necessarily a bad thing, as long as the reflection is a pleasant diffused and even shape. Hope someone finds this helpful.

It's called "Angle of Incidence" as all photographs are captures of light reflection so you need to avoid direct lighting that can bounce into the lens. Great tip to slightly adjust the glasses to adjust the reflective angle.
