Fantastic!
Mary Ellen is beautiful.
Does anyone know who the guy at 0:32 is?
I used to love shooting 4X5 and 8X10. I may never get to again, good on you. View cameras are a completely unique thing in the world of visual arts.
Love this!
Wow Mary, it's always fun when a job isn't work! I would really like to just hang out and watch one day. Learn how you direct the subject, set up lighting, and watch your post production too. I have always tuned in for the photography and the laughs in that order. When is the book coming out?
who's at 1:35
You know they should make one about how they make the intro don't you think
the coolest photos. always.
I had to pause this video so many times to enjoy all the awesome photos!
Kate McKinnon is so cute and beautiful💕
LOVE the snl bumpers! (photographs)
each shot is a gold mine
I would love her to take my pic. She is fabulous!
This sketch is weird.
Kate look so pretty in the studio shot. Love you. Hope to see you in real life.
I'd like to see more behind scenes, they are very special!!!
Im just here for Kate
Take 2:44 out of context and these just look like your news serial killer headshots from the 1960’s 😂
Btdubs, Kate is an absolute babe in the cast photos
the bumpers are amazing! why not publish a photobook??
I love seeing the bumpers.
0:32 is that jordan schlansky?
Did not find that sketch funny At All.
So much thought goes into every single detail of this show. Amazing group of artists.
When Paul spoke about Linda… that's… wow. Now I'm sad. He really loved her.
she is such a talent. the research and prior knowledge that goes into this is incredible. and of course the outcome, always beautiful and original
Mary you have the best job. I'd love to be in that environment!
I'm really pleased that this side of SNL is being shown off a bit. I know the Ed Norton image from childhood, aswell as a great slow-to-freeze in That 70's Show – I never saw the ad for that episode but I am grateful to the universe that Norton got to fulfill such a fantastic homage. Great… bloody… painting.
I fucking love this! why haven't I seen this before?
2:11 what was the name of this guy?
Surprised she doesn’t shoot medium format.
2:19 Sarah Schneider babyyy
sooo fucking cool
i love how they used Kate as the thumbnail cuz they it'd get more views
why does the photographer look like a movie star? At least be ugly like normal people when you are working behind the scene
that hat is dope
This is amazing this woman's photographs are art one of a kind pieces of art
Seriously, I love the bumpers!
If these "bumper photos" have not been published in a book yet, they should be. I'd be the first to buy it!
She should publish a book of these photographs
I wish there was a book of snl photographs. It will be worth buying jt
Let's just all appreciate the thumbnail for this video
Genius.
I don't really like SNL but what I'm a fan of are her photographs
Please make some more videos like this! I've always loved the photos in between skits on SNL and I always wondered how they were made, who made them, how did the ideas come about and honestly this has opened my eyes
3:10 KATE QUEEN MCKINNON
gotta have that kate mckinnon clickbait lmao good video tho
I absolutely loved this! keep them coming!
